Cancelation policy

By registering for a training, course, or webinar, you reserve a place in a limited learning group. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Courses Registration for courses is confirmed upon payment and secures a place in a limited learning group. • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund. • Once the course has started, no refunds are available, including for non-attendance or partial participation. This policy reflects the preparation, group commitment, and resources involved in running multi-session trainings. If you have exceptional circumstances, you are welcome to contact us — requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Policies regarding recordings, materials, and late entry to courses vary by program and are detailed on each course page. We believe learning happens best in an atmosphere of trust and mutual consideration.
