Bibliotherapy Academy offers various online educational products, including workshops, live events, and recorded sessions.
Full details, including prices and descriptions, are available on the website. Prices are subject to change based on operational needs.
Registration for live sessions requires prepayment via the website or by phone.
Your place is confirmed only after payment is completed.
We reserve the right to update product offerings, prices, or terms at any time.
Workshops and Courses
All courses and webinars are delivered online. The syllabus outlines the course format and schedule.
Registration without payment (whether full or deposit) does not guarantee enrollment.
Cancellation Policy:

Full refund (minus registration fee) for cancellations made at least 31 business days before the course start date

50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 7 business days before the start date

No refund for cancellations made within 7 business days of the course or after it begins
If a course is canceled by Bibliotherapy Academy, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days of the announced start date.
Note: Discounts are available for the purchase of three or more product bundles.
Recorded Lessons
Upon purchase, a link to the recorded lesson will be sent via email and available for 7 days.
No refunds or credit will be provided for recorded lesson purchases.
All content remains the intellectual property of Bibliotherapy Academy and may not be shared or reproduced.

While this framework originates in Israel, its principles are consistent with widely accepted international ethical standards in therapeutic and training contexts.
Written materials
Participants may be invited to engage in reflective writing as part of the learning process.

Session recordings

Confidentiality in the group
Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of the group and not to share personal material shared by others outside the learning space.

We take reasonable steps to limit access to materials and protect participants’ data.
Consent
By participating in the program, participants agree to these principles regarding confidentiality, recordings, and the handling of written materials.
Disclaimer and Liability
Our programs do not certify participants as bibliotherapists. They are intended to enrich professionals with relevant skills and knowledge. Official certification is granted only through accredited Master’s programs.
Workshops are for personal development and are not therapeutic treatments. All facilitators hold a Master’s degree in Bibliotherapy.
Bibliotherapy Academy and its affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect harm caused by the use of services or products offered via the website. Information provided is for general educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
