Explore the Training
A space where reading becomes part of professional listening
Many professionals notice that certain texts open a space that ordinary conversation cannot.
A poem.
A fragment of memoir.
A short piece of reflective writing.
These encounters often invite a different kind of attention — one that moves between reader, text, and inner life.Bibliotherapy explores how to work with these moments carefully and thoughtfully in professional settings.
What the training explores
During the program participants engage with questions such as:
• How can literary texts support reflective dialogue?
• How can writing invite psychological movement?
• How do metaphor and narrative shape inner experience?
• How can reading become part of therapeutic and educational practice?
The program combines theoretical frameworks, shared reading, writing prompts and professional reflection.
