If you are interested in (or are already using) poetry, stories, journaling or therapeutic writing with your clients, the Bibliotherapy Academy Diploma offers you a flexible, reasonably priced, comprehensive training that takes you all the way through from introductory to advanced levels. The Bibliotherapy Academy Diploma offers a flexible and affordable training program that takes you from introductory to advanced levels in psychodynamic bibliotherapy. It will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to apply bibliotherapeutic techniques in different settings to help others and meet your professional goals. Towards the end of the course, you will be invited to design your own psychodynamic bibliotherapy course and deliver a workshop to the group. Our flagship training course is delivered in four 7 to 8-week modules, totaling 29 weeks of study and can be completed within the space of one year. The majority of your learning will take place in live, online group sessions, led by Efrat and Eyal, each lasting 2 - 2.5 hours, on a regular weekday evening. There will also be one to two hours of homework each week, including reading, written exercises and reflections, which you will post on our learning platform for discussion with the tutors and the group. During the last two parts of the course, you will also benefit from others' perspectives through regular group supervision sessions led by your tutors. An individual attendance certificate will be sent to you for each part of the course you complete. To obtain the full Diploma, you will need to complete all four modules consecutively. If circumstances require, you will be able to take breaks between modules, picking up the course at a later date. After graduation, we will be here to continue supporting you and your professional practice through regular group supervision sessions and ongoing CPD courses on a wide range of themes, and we look forward to welcoming you as a member of our community.
